Stinky is the fuchsia-colored cat of Roger Klotz (Doug's bully) who acts as the arch-enemy of Porkchop. Although it was always assumed that Stinky was male, it was revealed in the episode "Doug's Fat Cat" that Stinky was female and pregnant (hence her wacky cravings for pizza and ice cream); she gives birth to three kittens (two pink and one lavender).
Like Porkchop, she cannot speak any languages because she's still just a "normal" cat. Her vocal effects are provided by Fred Newman.

- Stinky was originally intended to be named Fang because Jinkins stated too bleeding.
- Stinky doesn't appear in Doug's 1st Movie (like Cleopatra, Skunky and Sally), and is rarely seen in Disney's continuation of the series.
