Flo is a recurring character that appears in Doug. She is a cafeteria worker at the Bluffington School. Although in most appearances she's a background character, she does have a few speaking roles.
She screams in horror when she finds Hamlet sitting in food in Doug's Lucky Hat. She also yells at the students for making a mountain of the mystery meat in Doug's Cartoon.
